Three Rivers Self-Defense School (3RSDS) provides a valuable service by teaching realistic and practical self-defense techniques. Located in Three Forks, Montana, 3RSDS is part of the nationwide network of R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Systems Schools. R.A.D. focuses on empowering and training women rather than on making profits. Classes are kept as affordable as possible to make them widely accessible. R.A.D. is suited for women of all physical abilities and for ages 13 and up.
