We’ve all been there. The lights are low, alarms have been set. You’ve showered and, if you’re anything like me, did an interpretive dance to Outkast’s “So Fresh, So Clean.” Now you’re snuggled up in bed, preparing for a well-deserved sleep to consume your semi-weary body. Yet 20 minutes later, you find yourself staring up at the ceiling, wondering how you can get off this eccentric ride called “adulthood.”
