On Thursday, November 30th, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision on the Ohio v. Becera case that affirms the ability of Title X providers to make abortion referrals. Although the Network is pleased by the appeals court’s decision, we recognize that this case is one of many attempts by anti-abortion advocates to disrupt abortion access.
